If you wish to book a place on one of our courses, you may do so either via our website, or alternatively via phone or email by using the details here.
Places are limited and subject to availability. You must pay for the course in full when you book. Your booking will be confirmed by email once full payment has been received.
All courses are subject to a minimum number of 5 delegates. If the minimum number has not been reached we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course in accordance with paragraph 6. We will give you as much notice as possible.
In the event that the planned venue becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to change the venue to an alternative location within a 10-mile radius of the original venue.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013: (i) you have a 14-day period, which commences once your place on the course has been confirmed by us, to cancel your booking (Cooling-off Period). If you cancel your booking during the Cooling-off Period you will be provided with a full refund, (ii) if you book on to a course with less than 14 days before the start date of the course, the Cooling-off Period will not be applicable and you will lose your cancellation rights.
If you wish to cancel your booking after the Cooling-off Period has expired, we will endeavour to reschedule your course date ONCE to a new date, provided you notify us of your wish to cancel before the original course date is due to commence. This will be subject to an administrative transfer fee of £10. You will not be entitled to re-schedule the course date after doing so once, and at this point if you wish to cancel, you will not be entitled to a refund.
We offer courses face to face or online. If we have to cancel your course date we will offer an alternative date which may either be delivered face to face or online. If such alternative is not in accordance with your course delivery preference (i.e. face to face or online), we will provide you with a full refund. Should we have to cancel a course we do not accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or other costs which may have been incurred by you.

Please note: if you have paid through a third party e.g. Stripe or PayPal, should you wish to cancel your attendance in accordance with these terms and conditions, and you are eligible for a refund, any third-party fee (if applicable) may not be refunded and shall be deducted from any refund provided to you.
We reserve the right to alter the booking, course content, trainer or venue (subject to these terms and conditions) where necessary. In the event that your planned trainer is unavailable we shall substitute an alternative appropriately skilled and trained trainer.
We will not accept responsibility for any loss that you or any third party may suffer arising from and/or as a result of your reliance on any technique or material, including but not limited to reliance on any content for the purposes of you carrying out, or using, the training provided to you on our course.Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or affect any loss or damage for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence.
These terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and condition, if not capable of resolution between us and you, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
